Delivery Timeframes

Our deliveries are only made on business days.
Remember that in your customer area, under orders, you can track your product’s shipping with the tracking code provided by the carrier.
For major cities, the approximate delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, and for other municipalities, the time may range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Deliveries cannot be made at a specific time. The destination must be a specific and secure address provided during checkout. The product will be delivered to the responsible adult person present at the address at the time of delivery.
The order processing time will begin once payment is confirmed by the Epayco payment gateway, and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, as well as by your location, the day, and the time of purchase.
If your purchase is confirmed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, the first business day will be the day of the purchase, and the delivery time will start from that day.
If your purchase is confirmed after 2 p.m., the delivery time will start from the following business day after confirmation.
If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the delivery time will start from the next business day after your purchase confirmation.
Please note that during special dates or seasons such as: Tax-Free Days, Black Friday, Cyber Monday (November), and Christmas (December), the delivery time may be longer due to high demand and congested roads in the country.
